So I just spent Thanksgiving with the brattiest, most immature 17-year old you've ever seen. She's my cousin, and she is the biggest little bitch I have ever met in my entire life.

Her and her uncle stayed at my mother's place over the Thanksgiving holiday, and during Black Friday, he went out and got her a laptop. She flipped her shit, reminiscent of the girl who got a CAR in the wrong color, completely ruining her 16th birthday party on that shitty MTV show.

It wasn't the right one, it's not what she wanted, bitching and complaining.

The whole thing became apparent to me how much of a bitch she really is. Every few months or so, she doesn't get her way so she "runs away" from home to go to a friends house to do drugs and have sex with strangers. I know this because she practically brags about it as well as the STD she has (HPV, by the way). Even small complaints from her crawled under my skin:

The last barrage of complaining from her came when she was bitching about wanting me to drive her to McDonald's and buy her lunch. Mind you, this is the day after Thanksgiving, and we had enough leftover food in the fridge to feed an entire fucking country; "But there's nothing to eat heeerreee-uh!"

I wanted nothing more then to punch her square in the face the entire time she was here.

ITT: Shitty family members, share some stories.

How about my grandmother who is pretty much on her death bed but still manages to cuss everyone from top to bottom during Thanksgiving, I mean she didn't even stop for the prayer!

How about my meth addicted uncle we're having another Thanksgiving for because my grandmother feels bad for him.

Drug addiction is hard, no matter how involved you are. My husband used to be a meth addict, before I met him. He did it to cope with the pain of his father's murder. Thankfully he quit, without the help of a drug counselor or rehab. All you can do is hope, or pray (if you believe in that) that he will hit rock bottom so he gets clean.

I have a hard time feeling bad for him only because I know the life he had wasn't hard and all he's doing is blaming my grandmother for the "hard" life he had. He's been off and on of meth for the last 20 years or so. While I agree it's sad I don't believe it's fair of him to bring everyone down because of his choices which is exactly what he's doing.

My ex did meth too and...I just do NOT like it and refuse to be around it. Family or not.

Oh I know what you are saying. If my husband ever touched meth again, I would leave. Period. If you want or need to do drugs, that is on you, but dont expect pity, or understanding from me. I will not deal with it. I would take everything from him and leave him on his ass, because the only way they will get clean is if people stop enabling them and let them fall and fall hard. If that makes sense.

Exactly. Sorry if I came across bitchy, I didn't mean for it to! From what I understand though it's hard for the enabler to just stop because then they feel bad and they should not because they didn't choose to do the drug which is why it angers me so much! My uncle takes such advantage of my grandma and sometimes I wish she would just say that enough is enough. Which I know in a lot of cases it's easier said than done but all he's doing is just bringing her down and it's sad.

And I do have to say, I'm sorry about your husband's dad, that is horrible :(.

His second wife killed him. It isnt proven, but the police as well as the families believe it was her, three days after he died she remarried. And sold everything they owned together. My husband took it hard, and then got into drugs, the only reason he stopped was because his mom told him she would never talk to him again if he didnt stop. He has been clean since. I just wish it was that easy for everyone.

A kid I went to high school with died the night before Thanksgiving (this year) because he over dosed on liquid meth. Then after the fact, I talked to my mom about it because she used to be friends with his mom, and I guess they've had a kid die in their own damn house from an overdose.
When my boyfriend & I first found out we felt bad, but after we found out what happened, he thought it was pretty stupid because he did it to himself. And now his sisters have a facebook group that's like begging for money to help pay for services and stuff. Ridiculous.

Haha, I have waaaaay to many stories to share, like the one thanksgiving that my stepsister got pissed at my brother and chucked a knife at him, and he had to be rushed to the hospital because she cut his head.

Yeah, I have a million more stories like that, my family is fucking nuts I tell you. Especially my step-siblings. My step-brother got mad at my dad one time and pushed him down the stairs, then immediately after pushing him, he said "i didnt push him, he pushed himself" LMAO.

My sister in law is probably the most annoying family member I have. She's 23. She lives at home with her dad, which wouldn't be so bad if she simply couldn't afford to be out on her own. But daddy said he'd pay for her to stay with him if she was going to school, so...she didn't graduate highschool til she was 21, and she has been to college not once, but twice. She gets daddy to buy her a bus pass every month, but more often than not mooches a ride from him or her mom instead.

She's a total Munchausen case, too. Not for serious stuff that'll put her in the hospital, but whatever puts a label on a supposed ailment, and gets attention from friends and family. Said illnesses usually come with prescriptions, but they're not necessary to make her happy, so I don't believe she's an addict. She'll gladly tell anyone that will listen that she has this, that, and the other fucking thing, and she'll often add in how many pills she has to take every day. I don't buy into most of it. I'm sure there's a few things that are valid, but certainly not most of the shit she has.

Wow, sounds like my sis-in-law only mine is 28! She has a kid and refuses to find a job. She makes up a ton of excuses and mooches off her parents. Currently, she deleted me from facebook and myspace because I called her out on her status of applying for welfare (did I mention she's all "anti-government" yet is first in line for the handout? Yeah...). I told her to suck it up and get a job and she threw a temper tantrum. She also follows bands on tour and gets a million tattoos and talks about how horrible her life is when her parents have given her everything she could possibly imagine. If it doesn't show that she's not an adult, her room is painted pastel purple with band posters all over the wall and we bought her TOYS!!! (Star Wars action figures) for Christmas. Yeah... I really don't like her. I probably won't respect her until she gets a job. What's most amusing is that their parents were scared she would affect me with her "wrath". I had to laugh because I grew up with a manic depressive, an alcoholic and a bi-polar. Believe me, they've said things to me that would've made a drill sergeant cry! She is seriously nothing. lol.

I had a thanksgiving like mindizzle.. my brother got pissed off at me because I wouldn't pass the gravy.. so with the top of a can (the metal part that comes off when you use a can opener) he grabbed it and gashed it in my leg.. I have a lovely huge scar on my leg.. Went to hospital and they had to pull the can top out of my bone. I was 10 year's old I think? lol
And this thanksgiving.. I had my sister in law and my husband's aunt sat right infront of me and talked bad about me. That was pretty crappy.
