What's your favorite cookie recipe? Links would be nice, but not totally necessary. Thank you!

Don't you mean biscuits?!

Lol I jest. Do gingerbread men count? Mm I love them! The best recipes are the ones that call for golden syrup, imo.

Peppermint choc chip cookies - http://www.bloopdiary.com/tastetested/bginab---peppermint-double-choc-cookies
They're my partners fave. There is also a recipe in that diary for cookies that use condensed milk.

Peppermint can be changed to use orange essence, makes them a jaffa cookie instead. Or rum essence. Or whatever essence floats your boat ;)

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
--I HATE pumpkin pie and other pumpkin flavored things, but I loooove this cookies. Seriously. They’re fantastic. Super fluffy and milk chocolate chips, yuuum. Seriously, I have to have my sister hide the cookie jar in her room because I'll eat them non-stop and then get sick. ;D ;D

Chocolate Crinkles
--They’re fluffy and chewy, kind of like brownies coated in powdered sugar.

C'est Bon Cookies
--So cute and subtly delicious. I put milk chocolate chips in the middle (but I've also put nuts in the middle) and the icing dries hard and shiny, so they’re so pretty.

And this is honestly, THE best Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe I've ever tried (I know everyone says it, but this time it's true!):
http://livefireonline.com/2007/10/18/jaays-best-ever-chocolate-chip-cookies/

It involves MELTING the butter instead of creaming it. But use butter and not margarine otherwise they'll spread too thin. And I'm at a low elevation, so all my cookies always end up perfect here, until I visit my family at an 6,000+ elevation. ;D

I love baking cookies. They make me happy when I've had a crappy day. I've been thinking about making some right now.

Sheesh. Bad day = bad grammar and typos.

This cookies = these cookies
an 6,000= a 6,000

Just thought I'd point them out before someone else does. ;)
