I loved Lovely Bones until it got to the part where she entered that girls body & had sex with that random kid. Okay so my memory isn't that great on the novel but it started out so good & I don't know. That whole part just didn't seem to fit to me. Or maybe it was just too weird for me.

it wasn't really a random guy, it was her first little boyfriend that she had before she was killed. it was a pretty weird book but really sweet and inventive.

I just finished Prozac Nation by Elizabeth Wurtzel. It was really good, but as it's about depression and its stuggles, it was somewhat heavy and at times, hard to get into.
I'm currently reading Handle with Care by Jodi Picoult and I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend anything by Jodi Picoult. Handle with Care is becoming one of my favourites by her. I haven't finished it, so hopefully the ending won't disappoint.

I'm reading The Gargoyle by Andrew Davidson. Really good, a nice mix of historical fiction and a modern (yet strange) love story. Hard to explain, but it's amazing.

I just finished the latest Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum series. Number 15, can't think of its actual title at this point in time! Am going to start Mercy, by Jodi Picoult, tomorrow.

Day Of The Jackal by Frederick Forsyth. Then I'm going to read A Most Wanted Man by John Le Carre. I'm getting into cold war spy stories again, just ordered four Len Deighton books to keep me occupied.
I've got one of the Southern Vampire Mysteries in the post as well. My guilty pleasure!

1) Tricks by Ellen Hopkins
2) She's the best author ever. Read ANY of her books.
3) Leaving Dirty Jersey, A Piece of Cake (both of those books are amazing-those arent wrote by Hopkins though.)

1) What book are you reading right now?
I am reading Class Dismythed (of the Myth Series) by Robert Asprin.

2) Would you recommend it, and if so why?
I wouldn't start with this one, cause it's in the middle of a series. I prefer to start at the beginning. But the series is very light and funny and enjoyable. I read the Myth books to Dave at night. We both like books, but we have to stick to pretty light reading during the school semester. Our brains couldn't take anything that required real thought.

3) Can you recommend anything else you've read recently?
Dave was sick one weekend, and I read The Hobbit in its entirety to him in one day. It had been a while since I had read it, and it really was a joy. Definitely a classic that can be read many, many times.
