Absolutely. Looking at porn is fine IMO. Getting sexual with another person, physically or over the net/phone, is not okay.

i wouldn't consider it cheating. i'd want to know why my partner needed to source others to feel that way. i'd think there was something not working in our relationship, and i'd want to address that.

Considering that the only thing preventing actual intercourse between the two people involved (say, my man and the woman on the other end) is the computer between them and that's it, I'd say that if it isn't "cheating" outright, it's walking a SERIOUS line. Because what's to say that someone who does this won't take it to the next step - soliciting a prostitute in real life, perhaps, or having a one night stand with a willing person IRL? It's a tiny step to make...

What about strippers? Is going to see strippers every friday after work with your friends and coming home with glitter all on your nose count as cheating?

I think the boundaries of cheating are set in individual relationships. Typically, though, I think cyber sex of any kind - from purely chat based interactions to videos as described - is still a form of sexual interaction with another person, and if that's off limits, then it's cheating.

Personally, I don't think I'd be too bothered if someone I was with did it, as long as they were honest about it, and weren't picking it over me! If we were apart for a while and that was helping them pass the time, then sure, why not?

I don't see how this is much different than going to a strip club or something like that.

Granted I don't think you can really tell strippers what you want them to do, but I mean, lap dances and stuff like that you can get.
I wouldn't particularly LIKE my man going to a strip club or watching it online.

But I figure, why watch it online, when you could get the real thing?
That would make me feel like I'm not doing my job.

I don't mind the strip club, go have fun with the boys, IMO. Not like he'd stand a chance with those strippers anyhow ;D

I would consider it cheating. I wouldn't want my boyfriend looking at porn websites, getting lap dances, nothing of that sort. It is being unfaithful (in my opinion) and it is something that would seriously break my heart. I wouldn't be able to let that go. I am extremely jealous, but if you love me, and you say I am enough for you and I am all that you want, then what need is there for you to look at porn or look at another woman in any sexual way? That's just me though. I am pretty emotional and sensitive when it comes to that stuff.

porn's just a means to an end though. it's not like they're in love with or care about the women and men in them.
