Well Ive only seen the movie, and wether this quote was in the book or not, I dont know. PLUS I dont remember any of the characters names :(
I like when the main girl goes over girly-boy's families house and that vampiregirl brings out that dude (that looks like hes in pain all the time) she says "Its alright... you wont hurt her", I think thats very vampire... pity about the rest of the movie. It was alright I suppose.

i like when Bella first meets Edwards family & their cooking her a meal (cause she's human & needs to eat) & they cook her italian
& Emmett says it's because her name is Isabella, but she's not even italian. it's like a blonde moment for a guy.

but a popular quote from the book everyone seems to like is "and so the lion fell inlove with the lamb"

Can I give my least favourite? (Since I can think of more bad lines than good ones)...

"You're like my own personal brand of heroin".

Seriously BAD.

My favorite would have to be this:

"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb"
" What a stupid lamb."
"What a sick, masochistic lion"

Twilight is the title of the first book out of a four book series by Stephenie Meyer. It's aimed at teenagers, and it's about a human girl named Bella who falls in love with a vampire named Edward. (hence a lot of lust and angst, lol.) they just made a movie out of the first book. it's extremely weakly written, but a lot of people love the idea of whole 'star crossed' sort of story.

I don't remember the exact scene, or even which book it was. But I remember Bella was on the phone with Edward, and Jacob was at the house. Bella mentions Jacob's presence to Edward and then it says, "The next thing I heard was an engine accelerating." lol.

From Twilight: "I knew at any moment it could be too much, and my life could end — so quickly that I might not even notice. And I couldn’t make myself be afraid. I couldn’t think of anything, except that he was touching me." - Bella
"You can sleep, sweetheart, I’ll carry you." - Edward (That was a very touching quote)

From New Moon: "Try not to trip. We don’t have time for a concussion today." - Alice
"They have a name for someone who smells the way Bella does to me. They call her my singer—because her blood sings for me." - Edward

From Eclipse: "When I left you, Bella, I left you bleeding. Jacob was the one to stitch you back up again. That was bound to leave its mark — on both of you. I’m not sure those kinds of stitches dissolve on their own. I can’t blame either of you for something I made necessary. I may gain forgiveness, but that doesn’t let me escape the consequences." - Edward
"Go play with Edward. I have to get to work." - Alice

From New Moon: "His voice was still quiet, gentle, velvet… and yet the pain and desolation in the sound was unavoidable. His voice was like Alice’s eyes before – like the inside of a tomb." - Bella
"Now you know. No one’s ever loved anyone as much as I love you." - Bella

Whew, I wish I collected my favorite quotes while I was reading...
I'm gonna say I really liked the parts in the first book where Bella asks Edward about silly superstitions about vampires,
and once she asks if he turns into bats and he says 'Like I haven't heard that before'. ;D I liked those little things and I missed them from the movie. I mean, the movie did have a hard time following the book, but the general 'feeling' of the book was still missing. :-P To me, at least. The book was much, much better than the movie.
I've just read Breaking Dawn and I think I marked some quote that I found funny... HAHA yeah, I found it. It was when Bella and Emmett are about to arm-wrestle:
Bella: 'You. Me. Arm-wrestling. Dining room table. now.'
Alice: 'Er, Bella... I think Esme is fairly fond of that table. It's an antique.'
Esme: 'Thanks'
LOL
There are more that I liked, but I didn't mark them. :D
