Haha I get enough weird people messaging me with my current one; I got one guy whose picture was just of his willy! I flagged him and told him how disgusted I was, and then blocked him. There is a time and a place for willies ;D

I can't imagine how many more I'd get with a name like Sexyfairy!

eHarmony rejected me right from the outset because I didn't have the "correct" personality. It wouldn't have made any difference anyway because I'm still extremely ugly.

Let's see if your self esteem can get any lower.

Self-esteem has nothing to do with it. That's a bunch of BS anyway designed to shelter people from reality. I am what I am and that's just the way it is.

Or it's a subjective word that means different things to different people.

Call it whatever you want. I just don't see what it has to do with the discussion at hand. I can have all the "self-esteem" in the world, but that won't change the fact that I'm ugly and no woman would ever want to touch me with a 40-foot pole.

I asked my girlfriend. She says you're a catch. Different things to different people, broski.

Either A) she's had too much to drink or B) she needs to get her eyes checked.

Or A) She legitimately thinks you're a catch or B) Hasn't met you. No offense, you seem like a horrible choice of person to invite to parties. =/

Depends upon what kind of party we're talking about. I suspect you and I wouldn't attend the same kind of parties.

I still don't believe your girlfriend thinks I'm a catch. Why would she say that? There's only one photo of me on here anyway.

That picture for your profile...is that you? You're not ugly. You may not be every woman's "type", but you're not ugly. Not even close.

And no, I'm not drinking. And yes, I am wearing my glasses (with which I have perfect vision).

Well, I appreciate your sentiments, but I happen to think otherwise. Plus, my speech impediment just makes me seem even worse. There's a reason I haven't had a date in years. Well...reasons (plural). I'm just not attractive.

Given what I'm hearing (reading) from you right now, I'd venture to say that the reason you haven't had a date in years is that you perceive yourself to be less than you really are. Women like someone who is confident in themselves, even if they have imperfections. It's not the imperfections that turn us away. It's how the man carries himself while having those imperfections. You have let yourself believe you are ugly and that your speech impediment is a problem, and that is what comes across to the women.

It's about personality and lifestyle, not just looks.
Have you ever heard of a book called The Mystery Method?
I think you'd apreciate the reality that book has to offer, or look it up on youtube.
Just a suggestion. :)

Why should I change who I am just to suit others?

You shouldn't. I'm 100% sure there's women out there that are interested in you just the way you are.

You don't have to change yourself for nobody, the idea is to show the best of you. That way, someone will one day see what you have to offer and will like you for it. Shutting yourself from people and being negative will show others a bad side.
Never change who you are, just... Show people the best you can be!

Look it up anyways, interesting read/listen.

You shouldn't have to change who you are, I don't think that's the point. At least not where I'm coming from. But you should stop being so down on yourself. You're not some horrible guy, and you're not ugly. You just need to see yourself for what you are truly worth, and you don't. You see yourself as less. A little confidence can go a long way.

GOODBAR, YOU ARE NOT AT ALL UGLY AND LOADS OF PEOPLE HAVE SPEECH IMPEDIMENTS. IT MAY BE EASIER TO ATTRIBUTE YOUR SINGLENESS TO THINGS THAT ARE BEYOND YOUR CONTROL AND THUS ABSOLVE YOURSELF OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY, BUT CONSIDER THIS FOR A MOMENT:

YOU PRESENT YOURSELF AS TWO EXTREMES. EITHER SELF-LOATHING OR SELF-ADULATING. FROM EVERYTHING I HAVE OBSERVED OF YOU, YOU ARE EITHER PUTTING YOURSELF DOWN, OR YOU ARE PRESENTING YOURSELF AS MORALLY SUPERIOR AND PUTTING DOWN ANYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH YOU. NEITHER EXTREME IS ATTRACTIVE. WHY NOT FIND SOME HAPPY MEDIUM, WHERE YOU ACCEPT THAT YOU ARE OKAY-LOOKING AND THAT YOU ARE OKAY MORALLY, AND THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE ALSO OKAY-LOOKING AND OKAY MORALLY (AS IN, LIKE YOU, THEY HAVE GOOD AND BAD CHARACTERISTICS) AND THAT IT IS NOT A COMPETITION AND THAT YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. PEOPLE WOULD RELATE BETTER TO YOU THEN AND YOU WOULD BE MUCH MORE LIKELY TO FIND A GIRLFRIEND.

While I haven't dabbled in his opinions, I will agree with dear Puck in this one. Nobody is always right, nor are they always wrong. Life is a lovely bunch of happy mediums. If you push and push that you're right about something it loses the 'impressive' quality, even IF your thoughts on the matter were indeed correct. Being graceful will get you on a person's good side.

You're not an unattractive guy. Having a speech impediment isn't going to turn away a nice girl. :/

I have never considered myself morally superior to anyone else. Like Paul, I consider myself chielf among sinners. I may have considered my arguments to be superior at times, but that in no way implied that I personally am morally superior to anyone else.
