As sad and sudden and tragic Micheal's death is but no offense in a way I am getting tired of hearing about Micheal Jackson non stop in the news especially on the internet. It's weird how someone like MJ who had such talent fame and fortune, still lead a unhappy lost life, but I guess that saying is still true when money cannot buy happiness

I completely agree with you. Farrah Fawcet has not got anywhere near the attention he has which is not right in my opinion. Yeah he was a legend and he had a lot of problems but why does it have to be about him for days afterwards halfway through the news. I tried to watch the news the other night and skipped over half of it cause it was all about him. Yeah it's sad he died but I'm with you IamMarina, I'm getting a little tired of hearing it too

I never liked Michael Jackson. Didn't care for his music, nor did I agree with his lifestyle. A person doesn't get charged with things like he did as many times as he did without having some kind of fault. That, and his disgusting music, is the reason I chose not to listen to him - and the reason that I don't care too much that he died.

A lot of people die everyday...and the one we hear about is a fallen "legend" who has been tainted by sex charges, drug allegations (whether posthumously or not) and disfigured by surgery. It's kinda sad, actually.

Because it just is. It's not my style, and it makes my ears ring. I find a ringing in my ears to be disgusting. And his voice is way too shrill for me.

Um, I'm thinking he doesn't. Probably just one of those people that likes to hear himself talk, or see himself type.

I do. It hurts my ears. All I ever heard of his stuff was real high pitched and he always sang real high pitched. Not a good combination for my personal tastes. Hence, disgusting.

LMAO. That reminds me of how Elvis is a vampire in the True Blood books, and I wonder if the author will now put MJ in there as a vamp too. lol. I admit the thought that he faked his death did cross my mind, but then I thought - how could he possibly do that and why would he do that? He was preparing for an upcoming "come back" tour. If he was dead, he couldn't perform. They said that he had rehearsed the night before. I don't think he faked his own death.

Yes because someone who was making a comeback would want to die? Makes no sense.

If I was a musician and my life had gone to hell like his did, setting up a "come back tour" would be EXACTLY how I would start my plan of faking my own death. Not saying he did, but that would be exactly how I would do it. It makes PERFECT sense.

Sure it does, depending on how badly he wanted to get off the radar. Scheduling a tour like this would cause people to say exactly what you have said, it doesn't make any sense so he MUST be dead. If he wanted badly enough to get out from under public scrutiny and just live the rest of his life in peace, people would be more likely to think he may have faked his own death if it just happened when there was nothing going on. And as you and others have proven, you can't believe someone would fake their death if they had planned a tour. It's a brilliant plan, actually.

Again, I'm not saying this is what happened, but it would make absolutely perfect sense in a brilliant scheme to fake one's death.

So what? He fakes his own death and that's it? MJ may have been a bit odd but I highly doubt he had THAT in mind. The man was in debt and was trying to regain what he once was so faking his own death now would be pointless.

That's just my opinion though.

Like I said, I'm not saying that IS what happened. All I am saying is that if he decided to fake his death, scheduling a tour would have made perfect sense as a part of that brilliant plan.

You never know, he was in heaps of dept, from his death he cleared his dept and left his children with all his money and made heaps more. He knew his kids would be taken care of in the end, maybe he wasn't planning a comeback tour at all, he organised a big hype to go out as a guy who was going to give music a last shot. Not a man who died and the last thing he did was go to court for child molestation.
I'm not saying he actually faked it, but you never know.
It wouldn't surprise me. Would be pretty hard for Michael Jackson to hide from the world with that face of his.
