well, my husband just lost 15 pounds over the last two weeks. apart from going to soccer practice one a week, he's cut out drinking his energy drinks and now sticks to coffee and water. he's also been eating a lot of salads, as whole meals by themselves, three/four times a week, but we change it up with different "toppings, " like tuna/chicken/corn/egg slices and different dressings, although we are staying away from the creamy kinds, like ranch. healthier eating is working well for us.

IS THERE ANY ONES DESIGNED FOR BRITAIN? I CAN'T FIND BRITISH FOOD IN THESE ONES, YO, IT DOESN'T RECOGNISE 'GREGGS BREAD' OR 'OCEAN SPRAY JUICE'

I also wanted to point out that on SparkPeople, there are forum groups for just about everything. I believe I saw one for British Sparkers. They might be able to help you find those items (some people list them differently). Either way, though, you can add them yourself if they don't show up in the searches.

If you have the packaging, and it has the nutritional information, you can add it yourself if it isn't listed on Spark.

NOT FREE ONES, AS FAR AS I CAN SEE. BUT SOME HAVE FREE TRIALS (GOSH, I LOVE HOW I'M GOOGLING THIS FOR YOU WHILE YOU'RE OUT PARTYING, YO! ;D). HERE, YO!

OR YOU COULD JUST PRETEND TO BE AMERICAN - LIKE USE A WHOLEMEAL BREAD ALTERNATIVE.

AND WE TOTALLY HAVE OCEAN SPRAY JUICE HERE, YO! GOSH, IT COMES IN CRANBERRY FLAVOUR OR RASPBERRY AND CRANBERRY FLAVOUR. IN A WHITE CARTON WITH A RED SPLASH AND A BLUE 'OCEAN SPRAY' LOGO. IT'S JOLLY TASTY TOO! YOU JUST HAVEN'T BROWSED THE HEALTHY AISLES, YO! I BET WE HAVE GREGGS BREAD TOO - BUT THE PUCK IS FAR TOO HEALTHY TO EAT BREAD! ;D

LOOK, YO: http://www.oceanspray.co.uk/! NO EXCUSE NOW!

It's not hard to lose weight. All you have to do is watch what you eat, & exercise. It's that simple. I lost 40 pounds..

PROBABLY NEED TO BE A TAD MORE SPECIFIC THERE, YO! I'M SURE BOTTY WATCHES HER FOOD VERY CAREFULLY AS SHE EATS IT! SHE KEEPS HER BEADY EYE ON EVERY LAST CHIP!

BUT I DO BELIEVE THE QUESTION WAS FOR DIARY SITES, NOT WEIGHT LOSS ADVICE.

It's whatever. It worked for me, just giving my two cents. People think it's so hard to lose weight, when it's not.

Not entirely true. For some, all the food watching and exercise in the world won't help them lose weight. It's not as cut and dry as that for some. If it worked for you, great. Just know that not everyone finds it that simple.

Thank you. I have been watching what I eat and exercising like no one's business for three years. I lost the first hundred pounds easily and I still have about 60-70 lbs to go and it's just not coming off.
