This time i am going to talk about not exercising enough. i know i don't. i got a step counter on my phone that will count my steps which will help some. i'd like to start using my wii fit but i'm so horrible at it that i never get anywhere and then i get frustrated and give up. i am however going to start going to the ywca to swim which will be good for me in more ways than one. so that will be a good form of exercise. maybe as i start to lose some weight i can start using the exercise room to lift weights or ride the exercise bike. Anyway that's the goal for this time. i love You so very much my precious beloved incredible wonderful Master. Your jillian
