Weight: 221? (Im guessing because someone took the scale out of my bathroom so that I cant use it anymore.
Exercise: None, But I AM going to after this.
Food: Two adkins bars- peanutbutter and chocolate (240 cals each) They arent that bad actually, they kind of taste like a peanut butter cup.
We had breakfast for dinner, which I learned had a LOT of callories in them. 967 calories in all. YIPES! Thats wayyy too much just to spend on one meal.
Notes: So I wanted to come here to have somewhere to vent. I'm pretty much stuffed from dinner and i didnt really have that much. I guess that one biscuit was one too many. I just dont know how I can eat normal food around this house without gaining weight. I'm so sick of the way that I am right now and it just seems to be getting worse. I'm just so freaking frustrated.
