Today I was convinced my car had caught fire while I was still in it! It hadn't....but I really thought it had. I pulled into my parking space at home and turned the engine off, there was a sudden wooosh of heat in my car, which is impossible because the heaters don't blow hot! I'm sure it was me just being paranoid. I'd had to stand for 20 minutes de-icing it again at the car park, it was frozen on the inside and outside again. I don't think I should've had the engine running for all that time, basically the head gasket has 'blown' and that could lead so all kinds of problems. I need that new car now! lol. I've not heard anything from my parents about it today, but Dad's off work tomorrow and Sunday so things should progress from there. I'm really excited, but poor ol' Millie is going to bite the dust. She's done me proud. I'm excited to name a new car, it's like a child..... lol.
It's officially minus one degrees, I have a little pop up thing in my browser that tells me. There is also ground fog. lol.
I got all my holiday forms back from work today. I have all my May and June events off, and the end of January for the WWE Royal Rumble. I'm also really pleased to have the signed confirmation for my September dates for my Florida holiday! It means it's all official now!
I'm still a bit worried that my car has burnt to a crisp. I'm too afraid to go look...... |
