today i am a week late started my period and i have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they were all negative... if i am it should only be like 3 weeks what should i do? how long should i wait?

I would wait another week before you take another test. That will give some time for the horomones to rise some so that it can register if you are pregnant.

U might be stressed out (it does happen) when u get to stressed it would affect it id wait another week or so
