She married a man (either to pretend she wasn't gay, or because she is actually bisexual and is attracted to men as well), and has sexual feelings toward women? Yep. That's a tricky one. I just chose to respond with a potential solution rather than saying "Perhaps you should be with a woman, then."
Except maybe she wants more than just a threesome. Or maybe she wants to be with JUST a woman. Not necessarily a relationship, but not wanting her husband involved with the sex.
True. But now we're getting into the range of 'judging people for their secrets', which is where I didn't want to go. If what you're saying is true, then she's pretty much saying she wants to cheat, or wishes she could. Of course her husband shouldn't partake! But then she'd be having her cake and eating it, too, while her husband has to sit around wondering why she bothered to marry him if he doesn't have what she needs. Nice. Real nice. I didn't suggest a threesome because I actually thought this person would go for it- I did it to get the point across without trying to be too rude.
I wasn't trying to judge. Honest. It doesn't always mean cheating. It could mean an open relationship. I've known more than one man over the years that was okay with letting his wife/girlfriend have a girlfriend. They wouldn't have been okay with another guy, but they realized that if you're bisexual, women have something to offer that men don't. I'm not naive, I realize it's a long shot and men like that aren't the norm. But in my head, I'd actually never actually jumped to cheating as a solution.
I've only known a handful of people who would even consider an open relationship, and only one person who is actually IN one. But for some people, I agree 100% that that would be the best thing for them!
Not many men are opposed to a 3some... also, Not many men are opposed to watching their woman do the nasty with another woman, that is, if you're wanting to maintain your current relationship with him.
This is a seriously devastating situation for someone to be in. I know the easiest solution is to just get a divorce and be with women. But in all reality life is not a movie and this world is so warped that I just know in my heart that you and others out there are in this same situation. I know of someone personally who is full blown lesbian & is married because being gay is not excepted in her family.
