Gift subscriptions fixed & possible new feature

Hello Bloopers,

Sorry to spam your inbox if you're subscribed. I'd just like to let everyone know that the gift subscription feature is working again.

To give Xtra to a friend, go to manage my diary > subscriptions > give a gift subscription. This feature has been improved to allow you to purchase different subscription lengths.

I've repaired a bug with the points system, if you leave a comment on a new member's first entry you should receive your point now.

New Feature?
I'm looking towards adding a referral URL feature. If you paste your URL somewhere (in your Facebook, MySpace, in forum signatures etc.) and a visitor arrives through the URL, you'll receive a BloopPlus point for the hit.

Thoughts?

Nice idea.
I had an idea too, something like facebook but for entries.
For people who read but dont have much to comment, maybe a "like" link that lets readers know that those who read liked their entry.
might also cut down on a lot of the "i have bloop extra and i can see you lurking" complaints.

sounds awesome and i also like the idea of another commenter about being able to check something saying that you like this without actually having to comment on it.

and i haven't got any points for bloopPlus yet...unless you didn't backdate though someone else got them backdated to i don't know.

umm... I am little bit lost. So To get BloopPlus we to paste the link to bloop on either our facebook, myspace, or any social networking site. Or do we get BloopPlus for Commenting on the new diarist entries page?? Or is it both. And if it both, than how am suppose to get BloopPlus? because i have did them both. My subscriptions still said pending.
