I'm starting my Body Beast program over again starting today. I hurt my shoulder and couldn't lift for a while. Bummer, but that's okay!
Everyone has set backs and as long as you pick yourself up and get back to it, that's what matters.
This program is all weight training, which is something new to me. I started my fitness journey with 21 Day Fix Extreme and all it required was two sets of hand weights and a resistance band. I'm ready to take my fitness to the next level. My goals are quite different than that of about 97% of the people I help. I'm trying to move the number on the scale UP by gaining muscle mass. I have always been underweight and its just not where I want to be.
I have also been working on my website. It's a bit plain jane right now but it's another site where I can post recipes, motivation, information, etc. It's fun creating new things! I always give myself new projects because I don't like to be bored haha!
For anyone who is reading, do you have a fitness goal? What is it? Are you taking steps to reach it?
