Sandy devistated the east coast. What's that knocking?

I hope everyone is safe and escaped Sandy with little to no damage.
So far there has been 17 death reported and 7 MILLION homes lost power. The early estimations is that this is going to cost 20 BILLION dollars. that's with a B!

I am extremely fortunate. My house did not even lose power. There was no water issues or tree downs. There are a few branches in the yard my mom says and we did have a flicker of lights about 1pm, but that was all.


However, I have believed for a while that there is a goast in my house. Yesterday the goast visited and my mother was there to witness the goast's present.
My mother and I were sitting at the kitchen table, listening to coverage of the storm and just chatting. (from my view) My mom knocked on the table. I looked at her questioningly. She asked me if I heard that. I said yes. She said it wasnt her. I said but it came from over there (and apointed exactly where I heard the knock come from) I knocked on the table and I realized the knock I heard, or we heard, wasnt a knock that could be made on this table, it was a totally different sound. My mom said that if it was someone at the door that someone would have knocked again. I said no mom, it came from right there and then was when I pointed. I told my mom that it was the goast. she said, yup must be.

3 days, 3 more days. I can not express in words how excited I am... I think Karen summed it up pretty good we're both "crazy gitty excited"
