Happy primo November day!
It's sunday morning and I am just sitting on my couch in the den, readying myself for a day of football and tonight will be game 4 of the world series. Although the Patriots are not playing, I still have my Pat's jersey on. On ESPN they just said that 10 years ago from today the great walter payton passed away of liver complication. I was not old enough to watch him play at all, but I know his numbers are on or near the top of every running back stattistic.
A friend of my mom's 75th b day was yesterday so today my mom had all her friends over the house, had one her friends pick her up and tell her that she was going to take her out for some errenss she needs to do and she had to stop by my house to drop off some papers for the temple. (this group of women are all friends through the sister hood of my temple) so when they came in to my house...happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you... My mom had a very nice breakfast cooked. ham and eggs, fresh bagels and cut up fruits. Not sure what everyone else brought.
Someone sent a writing contest thingy from off line website. I looked it over and I am going to try it.

Work was crazy this past week. My boss was out so had to do some documents with some clients that was like pulling teeth with some but one it was easy as taking a lemon from a baby. iI also had to go over the "human rights" policies and prodocall. Where the forms are, what to write, where to put the form and what happens once it is placed in the box.
Yesterday I was woken up by my nephew jumping on my back.
It has to be the second best way to be woken up.
My best friend gets his hair cut up the street from me so after getting a cut for himself and his minny me, they stopped by my house to say hi.
FOOTBALL
I have a fantasy football team. This morning I woke up to a trade preposle in my inbox. I could not afford the trade so I countered the offer and the counter was accepted. I am not going to win anything this year, my team just sucks, so I am trying to get younger. He offered me a rookie wide reciever for one of my very good defenses. I countered with the rookie reciever, (jonny knox) the redskin's D for a second year qb (chad henne, miami qb) and the saints. He took it. I am excited over that.
I also do a "weekly pick 2" with my twin that has some serious money involved. We are currently tied for second so pretty much, we have to win every pick or we could drop from second to middle of the pack with just two weeks of misspicks. We chose the N.O. over ATL and NYG over PHI.
My dad belongs to a club of men. During the football season they do a football pick 4 weekly. In that one I picked chi over cle, nyg over phi, N.O over ATL and the "over" in that game.
BASEBALL
The first 2 games of the world series was about the pitchers and it was tied at 1 after the those games. Last night the series moves from NY to PHI, and there was an 80 min rain delay before the game started. The first 2 innings the pitchers were throwing goose eggs, but then the powerful bats that everyone figured would come, came. The Yankees pulled out of the game with a win 8-5.
Tonight it will be game 4, a must win for the phillies or else...
