700. Opening Day at Fenway park 4 13 2015

04/13/2015

700 Opening Day at Fenway park 4 13 2015

Over the last week or so, I have been feeling extremely lonely. Not in the, I have no one to talk to or no one around but that I don’t have a special lady to be with, hang out with, chat with about anything at anytime and instead, I have realized, which made it even worse, all the female friends I have been going to, are married and have kids so although they can give me some of their time, it’s… sad to me that I don’t have that special lady for myself.

My class is going well. I’m getting all 100% on my quizzes. I’m copying all the lessons and the links the prof is providing. She is making everything so simple. Although there is a lot of stuff, it’s because she really is telling us how to do everything step-by-step, including one lesson where she explained how we should organize our office and what type of file cabinet we should have and why. It’s amazing. I’m learning and loving it all.
I just hope I can put knowledge into practice.

Last Sunday, 4-5-15 kicked off the 2015 Baseball season with a Sunday night game on ESPN. My Red Sox started on Monday the 6th VS Philladulphia where they took 2 of 3 and then on to New York to play the hated Yankees where we took 2 of 3 from them as well. Although the Friday night game was one for the history books. It went 19 innings and a Boston Red Sox record 6 hours and 49 minutes with a 16 minute power outage in the 12th inning.

I got a very exciting day today. A day I’ve been waiting 6 months for… TODAY IS THE 2015 BOSTON RED SOX OPENING DAY! And of course…I’ll be there as they take on the Washington nationals. I’ll be going with my cousin Heidi, her son Jalen and a college friend of mine, Matthew.

My Boston Red Sox’s 104th season at Fenway Park.
I have been going to Opening day at Fenway Park (minus about 3 years) since 1991.
Over this time I have attended many games. Over 400 of them. When I got time and patience, I’ll figure out how many exactly.

Every year I believe we will win the World Series. This year is no exception.
GO RED SOX!

TESSIE by DROPKICK MURPHY’S

"Tessie"
Tessie is the Royal Rooters rally cry
Tessie is the tune they always sung
Tessie echoed April through October nights
After serenading Stahl, Dinneen and Young
Tessie is a maiden with a sparkling eye
Tessie is a maiden with a love
She doesn't know the meaning of her sight
She's got a comment full of love

And sometimes when the game is on the line
Tessie always carried them away
Up the road from "Third Base" to Huntington
The boys will always sing and sway

Two! Three! Four!

Tessie, "Nuf Ced" McGreevey shouted
We're not here to mess around
Boston, you know we love you madly
Hear the crowd roar to your sound
Don't blame us if we ever doubt you
You know we couldn't live without you
Tessie, you are the only only only

The Rooters showed up at the grounds one day
They found their seats had all been sold
McGreevey led the charge into the park
Stormed the gates and put the game on hold
The Rooters gave the other team a dreadful fright
Boston's tenth man could not be wrong
Up from "Third Base" to Huntington
They'd sing another victory song

Two! Three! Four!

Tessie, "Nuf Ced" McGreevey shouted
We're not here to mess around
Boston, you know we love you madly
Hear the crowd roar to your sound
Don't blame us if we ever doubt you
You know we couldn't live without you
Tessie, you are the only only only

The Rooters gave the other team a dreadful fright
Boston's tenth man could not be wrong
Up from "Third Base" to Huntington
They'd sing another victory song

Two! Three! Four!

Tessie, "Nuf Ced" McGreevey shouted
We're not here to mess around
Boston, you know we love you madly
Hear the crowd roar to your sound
Don't blame us if we ever doubt you
You know we couldn't live without you
Tessie, you are the only only only
Don't blame us if we ever doubt you
You know we couldn't live without you
Boston, you are the only only only
Don't blame us if we ever doubt you
You know we couldn't live without you
Red Sox, you are the only only only

I love classes that are run by someone knowledgeable and makes learning easy! My bad brain can't handle complicated anymore lol

Yay you! I'm glad class is going well!

Happy opening day! And no. The Red Sox will not win this year. My Indians will. Although they better do a better job of winning! Hehe..
