030 - Never grow up

11/03/2010

Never stop singing
Believe in the impossible
You are impossible
And you are
Never go flat
Never give up
The visions, scary though they are
The monster under your bed
Is your friend
He knows you better
Than people at work
Who talk about sports
And their dentist appointments
Ghosts are real
They fly under your window
At three in the morning
Whispering your secrets back at you
But only if you listen
The stars sing
And the night is only black
When you forget
That they don't care one way or another
If you remember
Who you are

RYC. I agree, I should learn not to be afraid of falling. I am more worried about people around me not being able to anticipate my fall and injuring me though, so I was just fine when I was alone in the rink. Noone to worry about then! It was ace! As you can see in the video, the rink was all mine! You Canadians are born skaters though!

RYC. That's true, you guys have more ice rinks than we do over here.
And yeah the only thing that made sense to me was that I better stay on the sides and out of the more confident people's ways. Then again, those people were so good, they probably would have been able to jump over me if I fell and were on their path. LMAO. Don't talk to me about driving, that's one thing I vowed not to do ever again.

RYC. LMAO I don't think I'll be changing my mind about the driving. The little bit of driving lessons I had in Florida, and the fact I crashed the car into the mobile home bad enough to get the car totalled, scared me enough to not want to drive EVER again. Being 4ft7in tall is quite a problem too, because half of the cars, I don't reach the pedals, or can't see over the steering wheel.
