A Day of Rest..sort of lol

So the kids went to their Grammy's house today and won't be coming home until about 7:30 tonight so for a little while at least I get a break from the crying and whining :: sigh :: To be honest though I still miss my kids when they're not here...I'll be glad when they get home but I still enjoy the time off. Today Jason came home early from work and brought his momma with him so that she could attend Isabel's birthday party tomorrow. Isabel doesn't actually turn one until Monday which is March the first but obviously it makes sense to have her party on a Saturday. As it stands right now we're going to have at least 10 people there and thats just the people I invited, theres no telling how many people my Grandma June invited and believe me she has a LOT of friends.

Anyway this break is going to have to do me a lot of good because I have a VERY busy week ahead of me. Saturday is Isabel's birthday party, Monday is her actual birthday which we'll probably do something small just for us here at the house to commemorate the actual day then Tuesday we have to drive almost an hour and a half away to take Isabel to her heart doctor. Tuesday is the day we find out when they plan on doing her heart surgery, needless to say that day is going to be very hard on me...then Thursday me, Isabel and Talon all three have an appointment at the WIC office. THEN sometime this week, probably Wednesday since thats the only day I have free for the week I have to get a new license, put in my applications for SS cards for me Isabel and Talon and go pick up Isabel and Talon's birth certificates from the court house! THEN after all that I'll get another break on Friday when Grammy comes and gets the kids again! Ugh it's going to be a very interesting week for me, and at this point I have absolutely no clue how I'm going to come up with the gas money to do all the running around I've got to do.

But as I was saying earlier Jason came home early from work today with his momma in tow, John is still at work and to be honest I miss him horribly. I for one don't have the slightest problem with Debra (John and Jason's mom) spending the night with us whenever she wants but right now its causing some real tension. You see Debra made the mistake of running out on her kids when they were younger, ever since then she has spent the rest of her life trying to make up for it, but Jason has not reached the point in his life where he can forgive her. Not to mention the fact that Debra and Kristi hate each other and keep sending each other mental daggers whenever they make eye contact...so yeah it's just a bed of nails here right now. And NOW I just got a phone call that makes things a little bit worse. For those of you who have been keeping up with my diary you will already know about the guy my mom used to date named Johnny and how he went crazy and started sending her death threats and so on. Well the last we heard he had been forced into rehab for alcoholism by the court and wasn't supposed to get out for a year. Apparently however he was released for good behavior or something because he called my Uncle's house sometime either yesterday or today wanting to know where my momma was. Needless to say if that idiot shows up in my yard he's going to have one big headache once I'm done with him and I'll be DAMNED if he's going to get around my kids! Then to make matters worse I looked over at the calendar and realized that John missed his probation appointment yesterday which means that unless Ms. Lockhart forgives him he could be in serious trouble and he only has a month left before his probation ends!!! But Ms. Lockhart has always been good about understanding these sort of things before so maybe she'll continue to be lenient lets just keep our fingers crossed shall we?

Other than all the above though things are going okay for the time being and I guess I should get off of here and start working on the house a little bit. I may end up updating again later, I may not I'm not sure yet. Oh yeah and one of my besties made a new diary today after being gone from Bloop forever so if you would check out her diary and add her as a fave.
