So i have finaly broken my 350lb barrier and have hit 345... WHoot so lost almost 30 lbs in a year... on the visalus thing! I am loving it! it is the first diet that i have stuck with for a entire year! so proud! of my self... now if i could get myself to be more active i'd probably lose more!!!
