- Started dieting
So if I lose 5 lbs every 10 days and I have another 50 lbs to lose, that means it could take me another 100 days. That's fine by me.
Interestingly, days 6 7 and 8 were similar weights. I ate more food on these days, and came to find out that food takes approximately 50 hours to exit your body. Very interesting! Even though I didn't go down in measureable weight those days, my belt bucket did become less tight and also today my watch strap is on the next hole!
A colleague at work came up to me yesterday and asked if I wanted to join a weight loss challenge at work. I thought that was funny because I'm already trying to lose weight, so of course I joined. One guy is so skinny his goal is to gain weight.
To note, the pre-mixed protein shakes I'm drinking are definitely helping with this process.
