I've never seen an entire resume in columns like that. Is it normal where you are?

Pretty fantastic set of skills you got there. xD
In terms of the presentation of it - I've not seen the columns before either! It might confuse some people when trying to read it. (You must cater to *all* levels of intelligence/understanding/perceiving, lol. xD) Also, I've heard that employers get bored after the second page, so maybe shrink it down to 2 pages?
I've also heard you should keep your CV down to two pages

I'd also say keep it to 2 pages. That tends to be standard advice. I'd also put your
contect details at the top of the first page, rather than as a footer, and I'd ditch the columns. But I'm going by what's preferred here in the UK - not sure whether it's different where you are. Skills based resumes are also recommended nowadays, rather
than chronological - yours is both! If you're focusing on your skills, you don't need to give so much info on your work history, because your skills summary should make clear what you're able to do.
