I think a "like" button would take away from the actual responses people give. I'd much rather have a comment saying that someone likes/loves something I've posted rather than just seeing it.

I also think having to write a comment encourages more people to actually SAY something. [Jellyka] [reply]

I fully agree.
Maybe have an option to turn off the "like" button feature.
