Tonight, I put the kids to the bed early. I noticed that Mean Girls was on Netflix. I had never seen Mean Girls, but had heard hella funny jokes about it so of course I had to see it!!!! I actually loved it very much. I honestly think that people interpret this movie all wrong. If you ask me, Regina George is the victim. She is a victim of society and is completely misunderstood. Judging by her mother's rock hard boobs, she has grown up living this superficial lifestyle from the very beginning. Instead of teaching her what any good parent would be teaching their child like cleaning and cooking, she was taught that people won't like you unless you climb to the very top of the social apartment complex. Unlike Cady, who was born in a perfectly loving and normal household, and still managed to fuck it all up. Regina is obviously a very strong willed person while Cady is a follower and doesn't deserve to be treated as anything else. Most people watching this movie would think that Cady is a sweet girl who just got stuck with the wrong crowd and made some mistakes. I however, saw the evil intentions in her eyes multiple times throughout this movie. Next time you are watching, pay attention at 30 minutes and 16 seconds. You'll notice the slight discoloration in the whites of her eyes. Not to sound completely crazy, but I just find it odd that Lindsey Lohan went so bat shit after this movie aired, which is sad because she was such a talented young actor. Personally, I believe that this movie was created to distract the public from the water gate scandal of '83. There are multiple hints throughout this movie that prove my theory. See for yourself. |
