today was hella busy at work. i walked in to 4 reqs from emerg, and we'd xrayed about 8 inpatients by the time breakfast was done being served. buckets of peanut butter puke is not something i'd like to repeat any time soon, thanks. not to mention a pretty tragic autopsy just before lunch. plus today was my first shift in a stretch of 7 days straight. despite all that, work was generally alright. i'm going to wear some cute new scrubs tomorrow.
i really need to candle my ears but i keep forgetting to pick up a kit. sad panda.
we installed a new showerhead tonight. a hand shower with 5 settings. i love it! it beats my old (leaky) showerhead by a mile, and now i can finally clean my bathtub effectively and efficiently.
josh and i made our signature jambalaya for dins tonight. it was delicious, as usual. i took a few pictures for the old food file before we devoured it, but i don't think it's a dish that photographs especially well. it looks like a big glob, but you have my word that it tastes amazing.

Yeah, I don't remember. CTL, they made me open my mouth for one and hold up my arms for a few. Of course I wore the apron (except for my lumbar) and of course I thought of you the whole time. I meant to text you right after I got done... but... forgot while I was putting my clothes back on? ha.
Oh, and. I should've taken a shit break lol. But I didn't want to drive home and back because I'm lazy and I don't like to drive more than I have to because gas still isn't cheap (even though people are tricked into thinking it is since it's gone down $2) and it's only gonna get more expensive.
