Free Coaching

10/29/2018

It's that time of day where my mind starts to wander......

It's so beautiful out and I am inside right now, feeling all the electrifying buzz about what I could be doing.... Hehe.. which makes me buffer and go elsewhere in my day.. That's a goal I have for myself this week.. To stay engaged!

What's everyones goal for the rest of this year? I know it's going to be "the season" for New Years Resolutions soon.. Those bomb so easily because we don't believe it's possible and when you don't believe in something, it won't feel authentic to you. That is the ONLY reason those take flight for 2 weeks and then fall into the ocean. It's nothing you're doing and it's nothing you aren't.

I am going to be offering free coaching to anyone that has a desire to go all in and reach their goal. It's going to be SO good, I can't wait for you to get results.

Matter of fact, I am investing in my coach here soon so I can also work towards closing my year, with final 10k months of Nov & Dec.

xo!

Talk soon.

My goal is finding the balance between going to as many concerts as I can and not upsetting my wife by going to too many concerts

I have a friend who’s in the same boat! That’s a tough one haha.... I’m guilty of joining her. What is on your list to see next?

Right now—— to survive this holiday season. The hubs comes from a huge Latino family, that are often loud and demanding this time of year. They want everything their way and throw tantrums if they don’t get their way. That’s what happened last year when we told them we were eating with my family for thanksgiving. We were supposed to go to mine, but hubs gave into their tantrum.

We have 3 birthday parties in the month of November—- including my son’s—

Aaaah!

Oh goodness, bless you. ‘‘tis the season! I come from a line of Italian/Romanian & Irish folk...LOL. Do you have a go-to that you use to get through the crazy? Or better yet — what do you do to recover haha!?

My goal is to get through the rest of the year, hopefully with some positive things happening. Like maybe relief if I'm able to get the injections in my knees. If I can't get the injections then hopefully finding an alternative solution. And also to get through the holidays without gaining weight.

Oooh, yes! What kind of things would you want to happen? (regarding about the positive things you're thinking about) .. You could definitely get through the holidays and reach your goals love. No doubt at all! What do you need to happen to get the injections? That sounds like it's going to be something that will be a great thing, yes?

Have to wait to see if my insurance will approve the injections then wait for the doctor to receive them and call me for an appointment. And anything positive. Getting the injections, the injections working, losing more weight, relief from pain. I'd be happy with anything that makes me feel better.

There a lot of ways insurance will approve something. I did that for years. It may take some time to find the sweet spot of approval but don't give up if something happens and they originally reject. Keep pushing it!! What other options do you have if that was the worst case scenario and it denied coverage?

What do you do now for relief, are you able to do something you enjoy now to kinda help get your mind off it and feel okay?

Nothing helps the pain. It's not just my knees, it's my whole body. Between pain and nerve problems I'm miserable all the time. Something and everything hurts all the time, just at different degrees and times. So far they say arthritis, fibromyalgia, and pinched nerves. We are running out of things to try unless the MRI on my back gives more to go on with what's actually wrong. But as far as treatment we have the injections and pain pills. I don't want pain pills. So may look into medical marijuana as an option or a hollistic doctor. But otherwise I'm running out of options.

I was going to ask if they offered/you were interested in the medicinal side of things. That has helped so many people I know, especially the ones with fibro. Have you ever had your magnesium levels checked? Sounds silly but that lil' mineral is the #1 miracle worked in our bodies and we as humans are so depleted in it. It helps with SO many functions in our body... Add that sucker to the medicinal and BOOM. Go time girlfriend! Unless we decide there's no more, there's ALWAYS an option; Don't let them tell you there's no other way for you to live life and feel good - Seriously.. How are you today?

I'm doing alright, thank you. Bit of an allergic reaction to dairy today because I cheated and ate a small KitKat. I dislike Halloween because all the temptations of food I'm not supposed to eat. I suffer for it but the willpower is so hard to keep. I was approved for the injections so once doc calls I'll be able to start those and hope for good results. I am strongly considering looking into medical marijuana because I think it would help tremendously. I personally think it should just be legal recreationally as well but mainly so it's easier for me to get for medical purposes. I don't think my magnesium has been checked but I will ask my doc next time I go to have it checked. I do take a daily multivitamin but I won't take extra things like magnesium without knowing it's okay to otherwise I'd just do that. But I fear reactions or having too much.

Someone once told me willpower is bullshit and it just comes down to what makes you feel good and what wont, always go with what will and don't worry about what won't... Food for thought? No pun. I think there are a lot of Holidays overplayed in the States too that cause it to have more social pressure than just the enjoyment of the original creation. If that makes sense... I agree with the vitamin comment. The great thing about magnesium, we lose it SO much in the day (stress kills it, hot water, nerves expel it..) that our bodies can never have too much of it. Look into it! Let me know what you think/discover!! I agree also with the marijuana comment. Don't give up hope on that either! I know there are many other forms that are incredibly useful and legal to use for your reduction of pain and relaxation. I am happy about the injections being approved!! Are you excited?

[fireworks|0 likes] [|reply]

I'm not sure about excited, maybe more hopeful. I'll be excited if they work, then if they don't I won't be as disappointed maybe. Holidays are overrated anymore, definitely too much social pressure and ways of making them unhealthy. The problem with the what makes you feel good....in the moment eating that small KitKat felt good but the effects do not. I don't normally have reactions like this when I have dairy. I have reactions for sure but I knew what to expect. Now all of a sudden it's changing, becoming more severe. I wasn't expecting to be this miserable after one small cheat.

[~*Invisible•∆•|0 likes] [|reply]

Yes, I understand that. Giving into what feels good for a buffer/distractor or obsessive compulsion always takes more from us when it's over than what we could have if we just decided we are the kind of people that don't like indulging in those things. It's like waking up one day and just deciding, "Nope, that's not for me anymore." I had an eating disorder years ago and when it rains it pours; it's hard but it's possible. Try not to beat yourself up over it, it won't help you feel any better love. I know that all too well. You are better than stuck in that mind tunnel. Sending you lots of love today! When do you go in for the injections?

[fireworks|0 likes] [|reply]

Not sure. Waiting to hear from the doctors office. They said they will call to make an appointment once they get them in the mail. So it's just a waiting game at this point.
