I've realised I can't live without running. It helps me think and there's a clear difference in my mood before and after a run. Running is something I can measure and control and brag about. When I think about being fit & healthy, I'm proud to say that I'm not leaving it for later, or tomorrow. I'm doing it NOW. And hopefully it's rubbing off on other people; I know Shaila's doing the 5k with me so maybe I'm influencing her for the better.
I'm so excited! This is a huge goal to focus on as well as school. |
