We made a little progress. ♥
Happy Groundhog Day! Are you reading for 6 more weeks of winter?! My mom said I was ridiculous for believing the groundhog.
Even though the temps were a lot higher today, it was really hard to get out of the house. It was overcast all day and I'm starting to not feel good again. Mark also started feeling crappy as well.
Saturday I started dealing with a sore throat. I'm worried it's strep due to some other symptoms I've had: unusual body aches, low fever, hard to swallow, frequent headaches. Two people at work have had strep. I've tried to stay away from them as much as possible. It's hard when both people are your boss! If I still feel crappy like this tomorrow, I might call the doctors office. I could possibly go to their after hours clinic. I'd rather catch it early and not suffer at work.
After a long day of relaxing Mark took me out for ice cream. It was good to get out of the house after doing nothing all day. We headed to his parents house afterwards. We were able to sit down and fill out the paperwork for the bank. This whole house buying process is so tedious. I'll be happy when it's over. Mark has class again, which frees up his mornings. I hinted he should call the bank tomorrow morning and plan a day to go in and see the lady. Hopefully it will happen.
Super Bowl Sunday is pretty much a holiday around here. I'm not that interested unless the Patriots are playing, so I won't be watching this year!
I did most of my taxes today. I'm still waiting for my other W-2 from when I worked at the hotel. I only worked there for a month, but it's money. I contacted them a month ago about changing my mailing address. HR said they updated my file and everything is set, but I still don't have it. I have a feeling they waited until January 31st to mail it out. I'll be calling Tuesday if I don't get by Monday.
