The baby I nanny for LOVED the puppet. I pulled him out of my purse when she was getting cranky and she seriously smiled sooo big! She loves puppets. Her parents got her a bunch of finger puppets but the problem was the dog was swallowing them. lol. The baby also enjoys chewing on the puppet's horns. Tomorrow I'm going to work on a "busy block" for her as a Christmas present. Her parents are lovely eco-friendly people so they enjoy my handmade, reused material stuff.
I've been slacking on updating my etsy shop at pretty much the busiest time of the entire year (Christmas shopping time!) because I'm contemplating starting a different site. I withheld a name I made up in high school for an imaginary band my cousin and I had. It seems that lately my new stuff fits better with that name than my old name. That leaves me in a quite a pickle. I've decided to turn my Amused Creations etsy shop into an eco-friendly children's toys and accessories shop. I want to launch a new shop, with all my eco-friendly jewelry and handbags, along with the new unisex stuff I've been working on... except I want to do this RIGHT! I want a good logo graphic to use for labels, business cards, receipts, etc. I'm hoping to send in stuff to the sampler. The Sampler is a monthly box that goes out to people with samples from small companies and artists. The Sampler is often bought by magazine editors and stylists. One of my purses could be used in a photo shoot or featured in a magazine if I get my stuff together.
So if anyone can make a logo for me, I'd love it. I can't afford to pay for it, but I would trade for it. I can make you something in return for the logo. |
