Please feel free to check out my Etsy shop:
Amused Creations (eco friendly accessories)

A few things first: I can't comment back a few of you because I'm not allowed to see your diary. That's fine if you don't add me to view your diary, but just note that I enjoy your comments and please let me know if you ever try anything I make! Also, is there anything you want me to try posting a tutorial for? Let me say, I cannot knit or crochet (can't find a left handed teacher!) and I can't build anything huge because I'm in an apartment. I can, however, sew (clothing is a bit tricky because my presser foots are limited), make jewelry, scrapbook (although I don't care for it much), interior design, cook, bake and a few other random things. Also, if you have any projects you want to share, let me know and we'll get your post on here. I don't want to turn this into a collective craft diary because I want to use it as my craft blog, but I would love to feature some of your projects if you're willing to share.

End update!

I am THE biggest procrastinator it seems. I have a hard time getting motivated to do anything, but I do love giving away my hard work as presents. I love when they see that I put thought into giving them something unique and special. My mom loves the lap quilt I made her and my sister wore a chain necklace I made for her until it tarnished beyond repair. Those are special moments. My grandma has given me two really awesome quilts, one for my wedding present and one for a birthday long ago. She also made me three different porcelain dolls, one that actually looked like me! Those were gifts that I will always remember and treasure. I cannot remember what anyone else gave me. That's how much they mean to me. So around November, my heart gets beating fast and I start to think of a million wonderful ideas to make and do for my family members. This year, I can think of a few things I wanna make for them, so I gotta get cracking! My husband is going to be working a lot out of town until February, so I definitely have a lot of free time being new to this city and not knowing anyone here. So what does this mean for you? Lots of tutorials, eye candy and inspiration. Now that I have my lovely 4 day weekend (Did I mention I only work 10 hour weeks?!) you will be seeing a lot of me.

NEXT UP!! My home redecorating and possibly a few home decor tutorials.

OH! That sucks about you not knitting or crocheting! My mom is a teacher, and she's taught left-handed people before. She herself is not, but can teach others. Man, I should send her over your way.
Not that I'm a big knitter/crocheter, but I do enjoy it when I get the chance. But hey, if you've got all these other talents, then it's not that big of a deal, right? [Aubrey;Star] [reply]
